Crescent Counseling Services is located in the Cherrington House, a large brick house in Uptown Westerville at the corner of Walnut Street and South State Street, just 1.5 miles north of the I-270 outerbelt on Route 3 (State Street).
Off-street parking is available, with entrances to the lot from both Walnut and State.
Lara's fee is $150 per session. She participates with some insurance plans and can provide a Super-Bill for any out-of-network claims.
Kerry's fee is $120 per session. Although she does not participate with any insurance plans, she can provide a Super-Bill for any out-of-network claims.
